Tricia Aiach

Vice President, Investments and Asset Management

Tricia is an Vice President on the Investments and Asset Management team for JMA. She is involved in identifying new opportunities, acquiring new deals, and actively managing owned assets.

Tricia has over 9 years of experience across real estate and management consulting and joined JMA Ventures in 2022. Before joining, Tricia was a member of the equity sales team at Eastdil Secured in San Francisco for 3 years, executing $2.4 billion of transactions primarily across hospitality and office assets on the West Coast. While in New York during her MBA, Tricia worked on the Development & Investment team at CitizenM Hotels and the Debt Originations team at Allianz Real Estate. Before starting in real estate, she worked in management consulting in Los Angeles, with a focus on operational efficiency for financial services clients. She was selected to be part of the 2021 – 2022 class of the San Francisco NAIOP Young Leaders Program.

Education: BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California; MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Columbia University.

Fun fact: Tricia was a member of the USC ski team and the Columbia Business School Follies Dance group. She is slowly working her way through a sommelier training guide.
