Spencer Paulsen

Senior Analyst

Spencer is a Senior Analyst on the Investments and Asset Management Team for JMA. His primary responsibilities include underwriting potential acquisitions, performing market research, and assisting with asset management.

Spencer began his commercial real estate career at AEW Capital Management, where he worked on the acquisitions team evaluating institutional-quality investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. He later joined a boutique development firm. This experience provided Spencer with a well-rounded perspective that he brings to his role at JMA.

Education: BS in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Fun Fact: Spencer was a member of USC sailing team and enjoys spending time competitively racing on the weekends.
