Shannon Connor

Director of Investor Relations

Shannon is the Director of Investor Relations for JMA. She is involved in all aspects of investor management and stewardship, from initial equity raising to disposition and final distribution. She works closely with the executive and deal teams relating to fundraising and investor strategic initiatives.

Shannon has over 17 years of experience, primarily focusing on investor relations and capital markets. While in the industry, she has been part of over $1.5 billion of acquisitions and development, predominately in multifamily and mixed-use assets. She spent several years as a broker with JLL before joining JMA Ventures. Prior to commercial real estate, Shannon started her career in management consulting and banking. In 2019, she was selected to be part of the Denver NAIOP Developing Leaders program.

Education: BA in finance and accounting from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.

Fun fact: Shannon is a former ballerina turned avid yoga practitioner, a voracious reader, and is overly dedicated to her corgi Sunny.
