Sagiv Hartmayer

Associate, Investments and Asset Management

Sagiv is an Associate on the Investments and Asset Management Team at JMA Ventures. His responsibilities include new deal sourcing and underwriting, market research, and asset management across the firm’s portfolio.

Previously, Sagiv was a Senior Associate in equity research at Jefferies in San Francisco, where he covered consumer finance and fintech companies. Prior to Jefferies, he spent three years at Lennar in the regional finance group, supporting west-US acquisitions, the firm’s land banking program, and the bay area Treasure Island development.

Sagiv serves as a Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles Young Leaders Partnership Forum, a mentorship program focused on developing emerging professionals in the real estate industry.

Education: Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California; Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
