Holly Avery

Project Accountant

Holly is a Project Accountant for JMA Ventures with 20+ years of experience. She provides financial support to the Construction and Development Team from project inception through final closeout. JMA’s large scale domestic and international projects are facilitated by large complex budgets which must be managed with meticulous care. Holly’s efforts in this regard include: reviewing and processing of all monthly invoices, preparation and submission of lender draws, auditing and maintaining accurate project financials and financial reporting.

Prior to joining JMA Ventures, Holly worked in various financial and accounting roles in the banking and real estate sectors. Immediately prior to joining JMA Ventures, Holly worked as a Project Accountant for a large full-service metal fabricator and erector of structural, miscellaneous, and ornamental metal projects. Projects include Ritz Carlton Truckee, Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, Nordstrom San Francisco, Spartan Complex San Jose, Sutter Women’s and Children’s Center and Golden 1 Center.

Fun Fact: Holly enjoys playing tennis with friends, swimming, and spending time with her dog Murphy.
