A seasoned, entrepreneurial leader with a strong finance and strategic planning background up to the C-Suite level, Douglas brings deep experience creating value as an investor and operator in a range of businesses including public and private companies, start-ups and mature enterprises, large and small. He is adept at strategic deal-making as well as tactically managing companies and operations through rapid change. He is a graduate of Cambridge University (MA, Law) and of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, and served as an infantry officer.
