Chris is a project manager on the Development and Construction team at JMA. He is involved in design team management and construction feasibility in the preconstruction phase of developments. He also oversees active construction projects by managing the general contractors, architects, and all project players through construction phase on projects across the JMA portfolio.
Chris has 7 years of experience as a general contractor project manager, primarily focused on mixed-use multifamily residential projects in urban environments. Prior to joining JMA, Chris worked at Suffolk Construction on several projects in the bay area totaling nearly $500M in construction work and nearly 1000 market rate housing units.
Education: M.S. & B.S in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo
Fun fact: In college, Chris was part of a team that built a Concrete Canoe to race against other universities across the country. And the answer is yes, it does float.
