Project Manager, Development and Construction

Andrea Granados is a Project Manager in Development and Construction at JMA. She is responsible for overseeing the development of a project from start to finish. Her role involves managing multiple teams and ensuring that the project is completed within budget and on time. Some specific duties include site selection and analysis, project planning and scheduling, budgeting, financial management, permitting and zoning, hiring contractors and managing construction teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

With over 7 years of experience, Andrea has managed projects in San Francisco, New York City, and the Caribbean. Her main area of focus is hospitality and she has a strong background in adaptive reuse.

Education: BA in International Business and Finance and accounting from Loyola University in New Orleans and Masters in Real Estate Development from New York University.

Fun Fact: Tennessee Williams once said “America has only three cities: New York, San Francisco, and New Orleans.” Andrea is Nicaraguan and has lived in all three.
