Chris Fraser

Vice President, Investments and Asset Management

Chris is a Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at JMA, focused on new deal sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, and asset management of select properties in JMA’s existing portfolio.

Chris has over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He joined JMA in 2018 as a member of the investments team focused on the firm’s multifamily, office, hotel, and mixed-use investment strategies. Chris has been a key team member of JMA’s multifamily development initiative including the successful development of The Battery in Downtown Phoenix, AZ. Prior to joining JMA, Chris worked on the real estate team at RealtyMogul originating and underwriting debt and equity investments on behalf of the company’s two private REITs and private placement platform, primarily in the multifamily space.

Education: BA in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara

Fun Fact: Chris enjoys all things outdoors and is often found out on the mountain biking trails of Southern California, the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe.
