Fairmont Heritage Place
Ghirardelli Square
Fairmont Heritage Place is part of historic Ghirardelli Square, a brick-and-timber chocolate factory that dates to the 1860s. Redeveloped by JMA starting in 2005 as part of an overall adaptive reuse and repositioning of Ghirardelli Square into one of San Francisco’s premier outdoor lifestyle centers, the project consists of hospitality residential and retail components. The Fairmont Heritage Place branded hotel and homes are designed to reflect the historic setting and feature original brick and timber elements celebrating the historic roots of the property while incorporating contemporary luxury features and finishes.
As part of the renowned Fairmont collection, it is the first ever urban Private Residence Club that offers both fractional and whole ownership opportunities, as well as a thriving, high-end hotel experience. Residence owners receive a host of privileges including exclusive membership as Fairmont President’s Club, members and preferred privileges to stay at the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel network of worldwide destinations. Recipient of STR’s top performing U.S. hotel-luxury segment in 2011, the Fairmont Heritage Place consistently ranks as one of the top 3 luxury hotels in the highly competitive San Francisco Market.
Fairmont Heritage Place, Ghirardelli Square’s location provides unobstructed Bay views and places homeowners within immediate proximity to dozens of one-of-a-kind local shops and services. The property is within walking distance to some of the City’s best neighborhoods, including the Marina and Russian Hill.
JMA currently oversees sales at the property as well as works with Fairmont in managing hospitality operations.
